    1. Where are KangoKids toys made?

    KangoKids is a family-owned and company based in Australia. We are committed to safety, environmental responsibility, and also Quality Design. Our Products all go through rigorous external testing and our Design team is based here in Australia, however, not all of our products can be made here in Australia.

    2. What type of guarantee do we offer?

    KangoKids offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you find a product unsatisfactory for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange it for you.
  • Ordering & Checkout

    1. How do I place an order?

    Once you’ve selected the toy, you click on the “Add to cart” button with the number of items you want. Once you are ready to pay, click on the cart button and then select “Checkout”.

    2. How do I know that my order was placed?

    Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided to us. If you don’t receive any order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find anything, please contact us at support@kangokids.com.

    3. Can my order be modified or canceled?

    At KangoKids, we do our best to get the orders to you as quickly as possible. Because we process orders so quickly, we can’t alter or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, be aware that we always provide you with satisfactory solutions! We want you 100% happy!

    4. What payment methods do you accept?

    At KangoKids you can pay with PayPal, or any of the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    5. How do I track my order?

    Whether you’re a guest or logged in to KangoKids account, you will receive an email automatically with the tracking information. Please check all your folders, including spam, for this.

    1. Do you ship internationally?

    KangoKids only ships to the United States.

    2. Does KangoKids offer a pick-up at store option?

    We are an online store! Everything you shop for will be delivered to your home directly.

    3. Can I ship to a US address even if I live abroad?

    Yes! Our currency is USD, conversion rates may apply. (Please check this information with your payment or credit card company).

    1. What is KangoKids return policy?

    We want you 100% happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excludes sale items), you can contact us at support@kangokids.com, with your order number, an explanation as to why you’re not satisfied and what you would like us to do. We try to respond within 24 hours to most emails.

    2. Damaged shipments

    In case that you’ve received any damaged items in your shipment, please e-mail us as soon as possible at support@kangokids.com, and we’ll review the problem to find a solution.
